Mindfulness: A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
In the current music scene, rarely do we get such an introspective look into the journey of life. The quest IS the struggle. The struggle resonates with both the rhymes and beats from the Kansas City natives Synthetic Salem & Cairo Glyphs. We are proud to debut their first, of hopefully many, projects. The future is bright for these two and stoked to be a part of their quest.
